Advertising disclosure

In addition to affiliate commissions, Stack Workbench may accept clearly labeled advertising placements. Here’s exactly how that works:

• Every ad is labeled. Paid placements are marked “Advertisement” or “Sponsored” — never disguised as editorial content.
• Ads don’t touch editorial. Advertisers cannot review, approve, or influence reviews, scores, rankings, or comparisons. Our editorial policy governs all content decisions.
• No advertiser is exempt from honest review. A vendor that advertises with us can still receive a critical review if our testing warrants it.
• We don’t sell “sponsored reviews.” Paid content, if we ever accept it, will be labeled as sponsored and kept separate from independent reviews.
