Affiliate disclosure
The short version: Stack Workbench may earn a commission if you buy through links on this site. It costs you nothing extra, and it never affects what we recommend.
How it works
Many software vendors run affiliate or partner programs. When we link to a vendor and you purchase through that link, the vendor may pay us a commission. This is how Stack Workbench funds independent testing — there is no paywall and no charge to readers.
What it doesn’t do
- It doesn’t change prices. You pay the same whether you use our link or go directly.
- It doesn’t buy rankings. Our editorial team decides every score and ranking. Vendors cannot pay for placement, better scores, or positive coverage.
- It doesn’t create fake urgency. We don’t use countdown timers or manufactured scarcity.
Where you’ll see it
Every page containing affiliate links carries a clear disclosure near the top of the content — before any recommendation — in line with FTC guidance. This page is the full version of that disclosure.
